I had a great time at MGM Signature Towers! The location was perfect for my family, close to pools and attractions. However, there were a few issues with the room. The furniture seemed a bit disorganized and the phones didn't work. Overall, it was fun and comfortable, but there’s room for improvement.

My stay at the Mgm Signature Towers was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the convenient location just a short air-conditioned walk to the MGM Grand and the nearby food options, I faced several issues that significantly impacted my experience. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and there were limitations with the amenities provided, such as missing cooking supplies and inadequate bedding.

The deluxe apartment I stayed in was disappointing. It smelled musty, and the carpets were dirty. Although there was a kitchen setup, I found no pots or pans to use. Additionally, two of the bed sheets appeared unwashed, which really affected the comfort level.

Customer service was lacking, especially during check-in when I was denied the second room I had reserved. I had to wait over three hours in the lobby and ended up making a new reservation just to settle in. Communication from both the hotel and booking service was frustrating and unhelpful.
